No designer is an island. We work in connected, cross-discipline teams including product analysts, engineers and QA technicians to get the most out of our intelligent and passionate peers.
We see silos and hand-offs as toxic to a great workplace and great products. We work hard to include the right people, at the right time, and make sure everyone’s voice is heard.
Every day is different for designers at Pushpay. Whether it’s collaborating with engineers, talking to customers, building prototypes or putting the final touches on a UI, designers at Pushpay are encouraged to use every tool in the box to explore and experiment.
